uFiling is a FREE online service that allows you to securely submit your UIF declarations and pay your monthly contributions. It harnesses the power of the Internet allowing Domestics, Commercial Employers and Practitioners to complete and submit monthly UIF declarations and to securely pay UIF contributions.

Key Information
  • The example files provide the example and rules required to upload your bulk file
  • Ensure you use the "BULK UPLOAD" to upload your employee's information and not the example file
  • The UIF contribution must be 2% of the remuneration subject to UIF
  • If the remuneration subject to UIF is greater than R 17 712 .00 the contribution must be R354.24
  • If the user is a non-contributor, the UIF Contribution value must be R0.00
